Upcoming 2018 iPad Pro Could Be 5.9mm Thick With No Headphone Jack
default.jpg In advance of Apple's October 30 event, we're continuing to hear rumors about updates to the iPad Pro lineup. According to claimed leaked design specs and a source who provided accurate information on the new iPhones just ahead of their debut, the upcoming iPad Pro will measure just 5.9 mm thick. It's not clear whether this refers to one or both sizes of the tablet, but the current 10.5-inch model measures in at 6.1 mm while the 12.9-inch model is 6.9 mm thick.

In other news, the new iPad Pro models have been spotted in app analytics, but curiously they appear to be showing the same resolutions as the current models. We've been expecting at least the smaller model to have a slightly larger display, keeping roughly the same body size but fitting in a larger screen with smaller bezels and no Home button.

default.jpg Beyond updated iPad Pro models, we're also hoping for a number of Mac updates at Apple's October 30 event. Most of Apple's Mac lineup is outdated at this point, but the one that really sticks out is the Mac mini, which actually turned four years old this week.
