The clock is ticking as we head toward Apple's all-but-confirmed iPhone 6 media event on September 9, and the leaks are continuing. The latest photo set shows the front panel and rear shell of the iPhone 6
together for the first time, showing just how sleek the design is as the two parts fit together. We've also now seen the iPhone 6 display
under a microscope with some new speculation on the device's resolution. Other iPhone 6 photo leaks from this week include closeups of the
display assembly and other parts, as well as what looks to be a
fully assembled logic board.
iPhone 6 batteries have also been in the news this week, including photos of a
large battery reportedly for the 5.5-inch model and a
smaller one for the 4.7-inch model. Finally, rumors from this week have pointed to sapphire displays perhaps being
limited to high-end models, an
NFC chip, and support for
faster LTE-Advanced data networks.
