Apple Announces 5.8-inch 'iPhone X' With Super Retina OLED Edge-to-Edge Display
The highlight of today's media event was a "One more thing..." unveiling of the iPhone X, a completely redesigned iPhone featuring a 5.8-inch OLED display that covers nearly the entire front of the device. Advanced sensors enable facial tracking and recognition, including support for new "Animoji" that let you map your face onto various characters.

Early impressions cite the "striking" display and "sensational-looking" design, but it's expensive at $999 for 64 GB or $1149 for 256 GB. You'll also have to wait a bit to get your hands on the iPhone X, with pre-orders starting on October 27 ahead of a November 3 launch.

Apple Reveals 'iPhone 8' and 'iPhone 8 Plus' With Glass Bodies and A11 Bionic Chip
While the iPhone X received the lion's share of attention at today's media event, Apple also introduced two other new iPhones: the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus. Resembling the last several generations of iPhones but with glass bodies, the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus pack some serious upgrades including a new A11 Bionic chip, an improved True Tone display, better cameras and speakers, and support for inductive wireless charging. Pre-orders for the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus begin this Friday, September 15, with a launch following on September 22.

Apple Reveals New 'Apple Watch Series 3' Models With LTE and Faster Dual-Core Processor
Beyond the iPhone, Apple also used today's event to introduce the Apple Watch Series 3, featuring a 70 percent faster dual-core S3 processor and improved W2 wireless chip. Most importantly for some, LTE connectivity is offered on some models, allowing users to make phone calls, stream Apple Music, and more without needing a paired iPhone within range, although you'll likely have to pay extra to your wireless provider for the privilege.

The Apple Watch Series 3 starts at $329, with LTE models starting at $399. Pre-orders begin September 15, with a launch on September 22.

Apple Announces 'Apple TV 4K' With 4K and HDR Video Powered by Faster A10X Chip
Rounding out Apple's major product announcements was a new Apple TV 4K, an updated set-top box capable of displaying higher resolution content with HDR (high dynamic range) support for more vivid colors.

On the content side, Apple announced the new Apple TV 4K will support 4K services from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more, while iTunes 4K video will be priced the same as existing HD content. Users who already own HD iTunes Store downloads will be upgraded to 4K at no charge.

As with the iPhone 8 and Apple Watch Series 3, pre-orders for the Apple TV 4K begin on September 15 with a launch following on September 22.
