iOS 10 was the biggest story from the WWDC keynote, with a lot of nice upgrades including an overhauled Messages app, redesigned apps for Music, Maps, and News, and a revamped lock screen with rich, interactive notifications. With iOS 10, Apple is also bringing its stock apps to the App Store,
allowing users to delete unwanted ones and letting Apple update them separately from full iOS updates.
Apple is also opening up significant parts of iOS to third-party developers, letting them integrate with Siri, Messages, Maps, and Phone. Siri intelligence is also coming to Photos and QuickType keyboard suggestions, while a dedicated Home app brings all of your HomeKit devices together in one place.
